1 Thessalonians 2:13msg “And now we look back on all this and thank God, an artesian well of thanks! When you got the Message of God we preached, you didn't pass it off as just one more human opinion, but you took it to heart as God's true word to you, which it is, God himself at work in you believers!” 

Everything about your life in Christ; your rights, privileges and possibilities are well coded in the word.

The wonderful thing about the word is that it has performing abilities imbedded in it to cause whatever is talked about to become, for no word of God is without power or impossible of fulfillment. Halleluyah!

As you listen, you are transformed. This is why you should believe what the word says about you. 

In the preaching of the word is the power and wisdom of God all wrapped in one. The gospel reveals Christ at work in you.

In whatever area you seem to be struggling in enjoying your inheritance in Christ, spend time in the word until faith rises up in your heart. 

You will see yourself become what you believe as made available for you in Christ; because His power is at work in you.

God seeks to get the word into you because that is the source of all transformation and change that you desire.

Well-timed Help - Pastor Ekpenyong

Hebrews 4:16AMP “Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God's unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].”

It is very important that you understand the concept of an activity being well-timed; it is when something is said or done at the most suitable time.

Therefore, it means that you’re to repose your fearless trust in our Father’s judgment of the most suitable time and way to display His grace in your life.

This fearless confidence manifests in your praying, composure and expectation.

Timings and seasons are determined from the throne of grace and for each of us, His plans are good and perfect to give us an expected end.

So it is not surprising that a well-timed help from His perspective might be different from ours.

However, His well-timed help will soothe your pain, fill your heart with joy and will always be rewarding.

Every need is covered in Him and there’s a most suitable time and grace apportioned for it.

The Recipe of The Blessed - Pastor Ekpenyong

James 1:25amp “But he who looks carefully into the faultless law, the [law] of liberty, and is faithful to it and perseveres in looking into it, being not a heedless listener who forgets but an active doer [who obeys], he shall be blessed in his doing (his life of obedience).”

The question on the lips of onlookers to BLESSED men and women is how did you get here?

Our text scripture shows us the recipe for BLESSEDNESS in all our endeavours and this recipe always works. Halleluyah!

We consistently focus on the reading, studying, listening, meditating, confessing the word of righteousness.

We are deliberately setting ourselves up for success in all that we do.

It is a one-ingredient recipe; the perfect law of liberty guaranteed to bear superhuman outcomes.

This recipe requires the ‘consistency’ of day and night contemplation.

The Bible says you look into it, until you cannot forget it and then you find yourself doing what it says. 

The outcome of this is the visible and tangible expression of the BLESSING in all that we do.

Turn Your Thoughts On The Lord - Pastor Ekpenyong

Isaiah 26:3 TLB “He will keep in perfect peace all those who trust in him, whose thoughts turn often to the Lord!”

There is a special place in God for those who live their lives totally dependent and trusting on Him, those whose lives are leaning on Him and expecting to be buoyed up. They are those He protects with perfect peace.

Peace is not the absence of trouble or chaos but the quietness of soul and mind that comes from the knowledge of His presence in the life of a believer.

This peace stabilizes you in the midst of trouble and steadies your feet in the path of destiny despite the upheavals, twists and turns.

This wonderful confidence in God is reposed in His word just as you would respond or take the word of your doctor, lawyer or close friend.

It is this confidence in the faithfulness of God that keeps you steadfast and consistent in your faith walk where you are assured of perpetual victory; in spite, despite and regardless of contradictory reports and experiences.

Peace Despite The Storm - Pastor Ekpenyong

John 16:33TLB “I have told you all this so that you will have peace of heart and mind. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows; but cheer up, for I have overcome the world."”

Despite the distress and trials in today’s world, when you receive the word of God, you are assured, unshakable and deeply at peace. Halleluyah!

This is one major reason the devil constantly attacks everything that has to do with anyone receiving the word.

There is a release of superhuman power at work in those who receive the word indeed for no word from God is without power or impossible of fulfillment.

This is the basis for our fearless confidence in the face of unpleasant and daring challenges.

We know that we won’t be harmed or overcome by them for Jesus has neutralized and nullified their effects.

Therefore cheer up.
