Abundantly Supplied - Pastor Ekpenyong

Psalm 84:11tpt
"For the Lord God is brighter than the brilliance of a sunrise! Wrapping himself around me like a shield, he is so generous with his gifts of grace and glory. Those who walk along his paths with integrity will never lack one thing they need, for he provides it all!"

The busyness of life and its vicissitudes has the propensity to put us constantly under pressure and make us feel grossly inadequate.

However, we have been abundantly provided for and covered on all sides; this is how the believer must view his affairs.

For many, they are burdened by the demands of life; bills, debts, obligations and so on when they should be free because Abba provides all that we need.

The law was all about demand but in Christ it’s all about supply.

We have all been supplied with one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift heaped upon gift. Hallelujah!

For God is willing and able to grant unto you every blessing in abundance, so that richly enjoying all abundance at all times, you may have ample means for all good works. Halleluyah!

The LORD being our Shepherd guarantees that we do not want for money, opportunities, sleep, or any good thing.

Glory!

Winning With Your Lips - Pastor Ekpenyong

1 Samuel 17:45
"David said to the Philistine, "You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied."

Few realize that our words dominate us. Your mouth was not primarily given to you to eat; it was first given to you to speak.

Jesus said what defiles a man is what comes out of him – words.

Your words can become what you wish them to be. You need to realise that it is worse to say a thing than to think it.

Thoughts may come and persist, but if you refuse to put them into words they will die unborn.

The use of your tongue is the distinguishing factor between two people of equal potential and exposure. Use your tongue to alter the outcomes in your favor every time and in every situation.

Ignore the mockery of those who call us "the name it and claim it" bunch. You shall have what you say.

You will always win as you do as He has prescribed.

Glory!

The Power of Our Stories - Pastor Ekpenyong

John 4:29YLT
“Come, see a man, who told me all things - as many as I did; is this the Christ?”

Everybody has a story and you will be amazed at how the dots connect with hindsight.

We all wish to have perfect stories because of our desire to present the best version of ourselves. However, people do not believe perfect stories because they know their imperfections are more real to them than anything else.

Therefore, be willing to tell your story as it is; because people will connect with your honest narrative than with a larger than life make-belief.

The context of our opening scripture is the Samaritan woman who came into the city where she was a loner and used to being abandoned; she rushed to tell her fellow Samaritans about a Man Who told her everything about her life which was obviously unhappy. The whole city came to Jesus because of her story.

Never underestimate the power of YOUR story. The courage it takes to share your story might be the very thing someone else needs to open their heart to hope.

Many people are ashamed to tell their stories because of the impression people will have of them afterwards but you’ll be surprised at how God uses your story to draw people to Himself and they’ll even have deeper revelations of the Father’s love for them.

Use your story as a bridge and currency to make great connections and transactions for the advancement of the kingdom.

Glory!

The Foundation of Love - Pastor Ekpenyong

1 Corinthians 13:4TPT
Love is large and incredibly patient. Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. It refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else. Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance.

The foundation of anything is very important and deserves to be properly scrutinized, because the integrity of the structure starts at the foundation.

The foundation of perfect and unconditional love is patience. “Love patiently endures mistreatment” could mean that love is incredibly patient even in difficult relationships.

Patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.

The capacity to endure and wait out the desired change of a loved one is what characterizes unfeigned love.

This is the demonstration of Abba's love in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.

The patience of love enables a steadfast friendly disposition that preserves a relationship whilst undergoing the transformation of the Holy Spirit's conviction.

It is so beautiful and humbling to see the fruits of the patience of love because they are enduring, true and faithful.

Both the practitioner and recipient of the patience of love are greatly changed, preserved and blessed in unbelievable dimensions.

Glory!
