Redesigning Your World - Pastor Ekpenyong

Proverbs 18:21BBE
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and those to whom it is dear will have its fruit for their food."
Few realize that our words dominate us. Your mouth was not primarily given to you to eat; it was first given to you to speak.

Jesus said what defiles a man is what comes out of him – words.

Your words can become what you wish them to be. You need to realise that it is worse to say a thing than to think it.

Thoughts may come and persist, but if you refuse to put them into words they will die unborn.

The use of your tongue is the distinguishing factor between two people of equal potential and exposure. Use your tongue to alter the outcomes in your favor every time and in every situation.

Realities are created that didn't exist a moment earlier through simple proclamations.

Words spoken have the capacity to resource earth with heaven's resources.

Nothing happens in the kingdom until something is said.

Tapping Into His Faithfulness - Pastor Ekpenyong

 Hebrews 11:11 TPT
"Sarah’s faith embraced the miracle power to conceive even though she was barren and was past the age of childbearing, for the authority of her faith rested in the One who made the promise, and she tapped into his faithfulness."

We only know who we are and why we are because God tells us in His word.

Renewing our minds require us to learn how to let God's words over our lives completely change our old beliefs about who we are—even before we see His word manifesting fully in us.

This is how we demonstrate confidence in Him.
However, every word is as viable as the confidence reposed on the character of the person who made the promise.

Our text shows what enabled Mother Sarah’s wonder conception despite her age, which was her consideration and estimation of God who promised as reliable, trustworthy and faithful. Halleluyah!

This estimation of God as the Faithful One who promised is a common denominator in all those who received the promised share.

Your faith should not be on positive or negative circumstances, but on who you know God to be from your history and that of others with Him.

The Sphere Of Your Spiritual Authority - Pastor Ekpenyong

2 Corinthians 10:13Weymouth
“We, however, will not exceed due limits in our boasting, but will keep within the limits of the sphere which God has assigned to us as a limit, which reaches even to you.”

Marketplace people played a vital role in the emergence, establishment and expansion of the Early Church.

A city cannot exist without a marketplace, in the same fashion that a body cannot live without a heart.

Early Christians made the marketplace the focal point of their ministry because their occupations regularly took them there. As they conducted their business, it was natural for them to present the gospel to the people they encountered.

Most people are not quite sure what the limit of their area of God-given influence is, so they attempt to operate outside their gifting or feel condemned because they’re making a lot of money or success of their endeavours.

When you understand that the LORD may be calling you to make that position the platform for ministry, there is a release of freedom and power for you to fulfill the call.

The newfound freedom enables a free flow of God’s anointing to flow, and therefore enables you to be successful in your enterprise.

At least, 85 per cent of Christians are working in the marketplace, therefore, the marketplace should be the context in which our spiritual gifts should be used.

Each person actually can function in his spiritual gifts, leveraging on it for maximum impact.

Mid Course Correction - Pastor Ekpenyong

John 21:3-4TPT "Peter told them, “I’m going fishing.” And they all replied, “We’ll go with you.” So they went out and fished through the night, but caught nothing.

Then at dawn, Jesus was standing there on the shore, but the disciples didn’t realize that it was him!"

I reckon that at some point you may fall into any of these categories of persons and therefore need a mid course correction:

1. Those who have no vision and wonder how to obtain one.

2. Those who have a vision but are stuck in the mud of confusion not knowing what to do next.

3. Those who had a vision but have abandoned it because of discouragement, disillusionment, some measure of failure, or frustration.

An honest assessment of your current state is always important so that you can make the necessary adjustments in tandem with your expected outcome.

The disciples of Jesus, feeling a sense of great loss and confusion were at the place a lot of us are and how we feel even right now.

However, the beautiful thing about mid course correction is that the LORD always is willing and desirous to bring us into alignment with His plans and purposes.

Heed interruptions because great things happen when we do.

Life is full of interruptions. Its hard to have faith in the process and embrace these corrections, but it is important.

JESUS WORKED THROUGH THE INTERRUPTIONS.

I pray that you'll start seeing interruptions as God-filled invitations to do more, be more, pray more, and connect more.

Be open to His mid course correction in every area of your life.

Glory!
